Perhaps Failures Driven by Inferiority Complexes Are Inevitable

Recently, I have talked about the whole picture of an inferiority complex. I want to add more explanations about our failures. Today, I will explain why our failures driven by inferiority complexes are inevitable.

How to deal with the suffering from the failures

Sometimes, we suffer from the failures caused by our inferiority complexes in the past.

We might have made many mistakes in the past. We might have joined inappropriate communities or groups. We might have done something that didn’t fit the communities. We might have hurt someone by comparing and looking down on him.

Those past mistakes sometimes suffer us.

I used to think we should and could avoid such failures, but recently, I have come to think of them as inevitable. Today, I will explain why.

The whole picture of our inferiority complexes

The reason is simple. It is because an inferiority complex influences us more than our desire to show our individuality in society.

Although I repeated this logic several times in the recent articles, let me explain the whole picture of our inferiority complexes again.

An inferiority complex has meaning in maintaining our communities because we can fill what the community lacks.

There are many communities in the world, and each community has individuality, like a person. In other words, a community could die. That makes the community require their members to create more power for the community to survive.

To realize that, a community uses an inferiority complex. An inferiority complex lets the members compare with the community values. That determines the member’s value in the community, so every member tries to strengthen it. Thanks to that, the community can increase its power to survive.

For example, when a community, such as a drawing classroom, evaluates who can draw beautiful pictures, the members compare their skills and determine the most valuable member. That creates competition. Thanks to that, the community can enhance the skill of drawing beautiful pictures.

In other words, an inferiority complex contributes to the community at the expense of individuality.

We have such a genetic system

In addition, an inferiority complex fills a social lack. That also contributes to the community.

For example, unstable communities, such as war zones or politically unstable countries, often lack social essentials. That often impacts the many members heavily.

In such a situation, it is better for the community if someone fills it as soon as possible, no matter who it is. Although the person cannot use his individuality, he can succeed because it contributes to the community.

That is why an unstable community or area tends to have more members with inferiority complexes.

We have such a genetic system to make our society better and survive.

Inferiority complexes are inevitable

That is why an inferiority complex influences us more than our desire to show our individuality in society. We always prioritize the inferior complex over our values. We cannot change it because our genes cause it.

The whole picture tells us that failures driven by inferiority complexes are inevitable as long as we are in that community. We have no choice but to do so to belong to that community.

However, those failures might be our failures, but at the same time, that is also the community’s failure. We do not have to have it alone.

It also indicates that if we want to live our way, it is better to fail as soon as possible. After the depression of failure, we can change our direction in life. We will not despair because we can choose the opposite way—a life our way.

In other words, from a long-term perspective, we have to “confirm” at least once whether we can fill a social lack. That confirmation allows us to leave that community.

Although communities could die, we can create new communities every time because we individuals create communities. Each person is an essential element. We do not have to mind leaving a community that does not suit us.

Conclusion

That is why failures driven by inferiority complexes are inevitable. An inferiority complex always influences us more than our desires.

In such a case, it is better to fail as soon as possible, in my opinion.

Those failures might allow us to migrate to another community and let go of the inferiority complex.
