Review of the year 2025: introducing the changes in my life

Since it is almost the end of the year, let’s review the changes I experienced.

My changes

I went through the following changes.

  1. I began deciding rationally.
  2. I moved to Yanai City from Kitsuki City.
  3. I started sewing bags.
  4. I started learning to bake pastries.

Let’s explain each.

The largest change: I began deciding rationally.

My largest change this year was starting to judge based on rationality. That solved my mental confusion.

Resolving mental confusion was one of the biggest challenges in my life. Apparently, I overcame it.

However, it doesn’t mean my life became the best immediately. There are still many problems that remain untouched, such as money, active work, human relationships, my weak liver, and contributing to society.

I am going to improve them next year.

The second largest change: I moved to Yanai City from Kitsuki City.

The second largest change was moving to Yanai City and starting to live with my parents.

I moved to Kitsuki City last December and came to Yanai City in May. I lived in Kitsuki City for about 5 or 6 months. I didn’t expect this future development when I moved to Kitsuki City.

However, I started to judge rationally and reached this lifestyle. Overall, I have become richer both mentally and materially.

The third largest change: I started sewing bags.

The third largest change was starting to sew bags after moving to my parents’ home.

I wanted to start some new activities. In such a situation, I learned that my retired parents sew clothes and bags and had made extra money. There was professional sewing equipment and many fabric materials that I could use freely. Rationally speaking, it was an excellent environment.

Since I prefer functionality to ethics, I choose sewing bags over clothes.

Fortunately, I mastered the basics and secured a souvenir shop to sell my work. I am going to make bags next year, too.

The fourth largest change: I started learning to bake pastries.

The final significant change was beginning to learn how to bake pastries.

Since my brother manages a pastry shop, I started learning it while helping him.

Although I learned about terrible management problems at his shop, I may study it moderately next year as well.

Conclusion

Anyway, this year has been full of unexpected events.

Rationality is attractive from the perspective of change. It provides us with an entirely different future and development, although we need to face the unexpected.

Now I am enjoying being rational.
