A Small Talk About Discouragement and the Necessity of Rest

Recently, I have become aware of many of my misunderstandings about reality.

To be honest, I am discouraged now. Realizing our mistakes can sometimes encourage us, while it can also disappoint us. This time, it was the latter.

Dejection is not harmful. It calms us down and allows us to be more rational.

However, it always requires rest. If we ignore it and try to be energetic, we will fear similar discouragements and try to avoid them. That causes mental confusion about values.

Perhaps I am now letting go of the unnecessary hopes and dreams.

I know that an end brings us a new start, but it seems I need to rest now.

Sorry, today is a short article. This is my best for today.

Thank you for reading this article. I hope to see you in the next one.
