I have finally recovered from my terrible physical state these days. That taught me a lesson. Let’s talk about it briefly.
How to calm our confusion
Sometimes, we want to calm our confused minds.
In such a state, we cannot stop our negative thoughts. We sometimes get anxious and try to take extreme measures.
Yesterday, I was in such a state. I had completely lost track of what was right.

Fortunately, it was raining that day, and I continued to sleep in bed. That encouraged my recovery.
This experience taught me a lesson: take enough breaks when mentally confused.
It might help you calm down in exhausting situations.
Avoiding doing your best
Take enough breaks when you are mentally confused.
This is because physical disorder hinders logical thinking. Rationality requires relaxation. On the other hand, fatigue and illness tense the body. Naturally, a nervous state makes it difficult for us to judge logically.
In my case, the cause of my physical disorder was overeating and temperature fluctuation. I was recovering from poor health in early summer and had started increasing the amount of food I ate. In addition, it was a day that suddenly got hot. That created my physical upset.

However, I mistook that for disappointment. I felt that I must let go of the dream of becoming healthy. Due to my naturally weak liver, I have had a strong desire for health. I could only cry.
After my recovery, I realized my poor health prevented my logical thinking. I could not guess the right cause: overeating and temperature fluctuation. Although I frequently said we have to stop unsolvable thinking, I could not even remember it.
We sometimes end up trying harder in such situations. We often believe that doing our best is always the best way. However, that idea exhausts us, especially when we are confused.
Conclusion
That was the experience that taught me a lesson.
Take enough breaks when mentally confused.
It might help you calm down in exhausting situations.
