I got a cavity for the first time in 10 years. A low-carb diet prevented tooth decay, but after moving to my parents’ home, I stopped it. It seems that it caused the cavity.
Since I have to go to the dentist today, let’s introduce the progress of sewing bags for the first time in a while.
Progress on making bags
Last year, I received my first order for a bag. I made three bags, and the customer chose one from them.
The bags I created were the following three:

The bag marked (1) is the 9th one I had made before receiving that order. I introduced it in this article. (2) is the 10th bag I made on order. It is in this article. Then, I added (3) later. It was my 11th bag, although I have not introduced it yet.

The customer chose (1). Since I had no idea about what kind of bag the customer preferred, I didn’t particularly feel any emotions. I still don’t understand what kind of bags will sell.
I have not been accepting orders for bags since then, since I helped my brother at his pastry store during December. Anyway, it was a refreshing experience. I felt that taking orders didn’t conflict with my personality, although I still don’t know if it will work in the long term.

Although I still don’t know what kind of bag design will sell, it seems that remodeled bags sell more.
By the way, I created three bags for the customer I mentioned above, and two were left unsold, so I placed them at a local souvenir shop (this shop). Then, bag (2) was sold the following day immediately. Bags that clearly appear remodeled were selling well.
I am verifying bag designs that sell well.
Conclusion
Anyway, I am progressing with bag sewing.
I am considering how to create bags faster.
Thank you for reading this article. I hope to see you in the next one.
