As I mentioned in the previous article (this article), I started to help my brother at his pastry shop every weekend. It will be until Christmas, which is the busiest day for the bakeries, or until the end of this year.
I also went to help him yesterday. Let’s talk about it briefly.
My current feelings
I am gradually learning how to make pastries. Although there were several patterns, the fundamental principle was the same as baking bread. I never expected that my experience baking bread would help me.
Yesterday, I was not particularly tired. Perhaps my body has become used to baking pastries.
Strangely, baking was exciting for me. I used to believe I was not good at physical labor, but I recently realized that it is fun to use my fingers and arms to create something tangible. Making pastries is enjoyable, as is sewing bags.
Working without a salary
Working without a salary is not so bad. I can create my own style of making money. For example, I can suggest that my brother sell my pastries or baked products at his store. That allows me to maintain my independence.
Creators, like us, often want to avoid selling our products ourselves due to a personality not suited for sales. In other words, we want to concentrate on production and don’t wish to manage our shops ourselves. In such a case, securing sales agents helps us.
In that regard, helping without a salary would make it easier to find opportunities. We can identify products that help those stores. It is an efficient way to secure sales places.
Conclusion
Anyway, now I am enjoying how the future unfolds by being rational.
Experiencing something new is pleasant.
