Helping my brother every weekend
As the title suggests, I decided to help my brother on both weekend days, Saturday and Sunday, for a while. It will be until the end of December.
Therefore, weekend articles may be shorter or occasionally skipped.

By the way, last time I helped my brother, I tasted a crumble of chocolate sponge cake, which is the leftover part that comes from cutting the cake.
Unexpectedly, that was tasty. It tasted like pound cake. Even without cream and fruits, that was enough to be delicious, despite its fatally bad appearance.
Conclusion
Anyway, I will go to my brother’s shops on the weekend until the end of this year.
Although I will work without a salary, I will enjoy and learn to make pastries.
