Introducing My New Favorite Cycling Road

Since I will be going out today for some errands, this article will be brief.

Several days ago, I finally found a suitable road for cycling along the sea. Let’s talk about it.

My hobbies: walking and cycling

I like walking and cycling. They allow us to exercise calmly for extended periods.

Gentle exercise provides us with physical health and an empty mind. Intense, sudden physical stress, like jogging, often triggered my negative emotions. For those who want a quiet mind rather than excitement like me, calmer exercises, such as cycling and walking, would be suitable.

A moderate amount of muscle mass protects us from stress that causes negative emotions.

In my case, I walk around 30 minutes and bike around 30 to 40 minutes every day. Although these amounts often fluctuate, that is the comfortable amount of exercise for me.

In other words, walking and cycling are parts of my meditation.

Not only exercise but also beautiful natural sceneries help us empty our minds. That is why I often look for suitable routes for walking and cycling.

My new favorite road

Several days ago, I found a new one. It is a path along the sea. It is flat, has less traffic, and has open, nice views.

We can go along the bank, as shown in the following photo:

The road along the beach is also pleasant. Since it becomes shaded in the summer afternoon, it is cool and comfortable.

Going right next to the sea calms our minds.

By the way, I found a beautiful rural area along this cycling road. Look at this 360-degree aerial photo on the Google map! (The link to the photo on the Google Map) This atmosphere is one of my ideals for countryside living.

There are islands on the other side of the sea. It is beautiful.

This area is quiet. We can hear only the sound of the waves and the chirping of birds. In addition, there is no one on the beach.

That atmosphere made me feel at peace. This area became one of my favorite places.

Conclusion

Anyway, I have found a good route for walking and cycling.

Going by the sea makes me feel calm.
