I experienced baking pastries at his store last December and explained various matters related to his terrible management.
After all, it was enjoyable, especially at Christmas. I wanted to create something tangible. Using my body was also fun.
February and March are also busy times for bakeries in my region. There is Valentine’s Day in February and a custom of celebrating White Day, which is a local tradition where men gift sweets to women, in March. I will learn about chocolate and cookies this time.

By the way, I will also try to help manage his store and organize his warehouse as well. I am good at organizing and management but poor at repeating the same thing. On the other hand, my brother is the opposite—he can endure repetitive work but bad at management and cleaning up. I realized that there may be room to show my ability.
Since I have a trump card, which is the fact that I worked for him without salary last December, I can get my way more easily. After seeing his messy warehouse, I cannot help but want to clean it up! I may use that trump card to satisfy my want.
