(Today Is a Day Off) Finishing the First Day of Experiencing Pastry Making

Yesterday, I went to the pastry store that my brother manages and helped him.

As expected, it was physically challenging. Whisking chocolate cream was hard work.

Unexpectedly, it was not mentally tiring—rather, it was fun in terms of being able to concentrate. Making things by hand is enjoyable and rewarding.

It was the first time I had seen chocolate in a bucket.

Although all I did was measure, mix, and top fruits, I gained an understanding of how the baking business works. People who can grasp the essence learn quickly. That is one advantage for logical people.

Anyway, due to my physical exhaustion, I will explain this experience tomorrow or later.

Thank you for reading this article. I hope to see you in the next one.
