Now I am enjoying a rational life. As part of that, I am trying to reduce stress in my life as much as possible because I realized it allows me to use my talents. Let’s talk about it.
How to show our individuality
Sometimes, we want to use our individuality efficiently, especially if we have unique natures. Uniqueness means effectiveness in some areas. It should enrich our lives if we show them efficiently.
However, we sometimes don’t know how to show them. That makes us live a difficult life.

A solution would be to reduce stress. It would lead us to use our individuality. Today, I will explain why.
The meaning of stress
Reducing stress leads us to showing our talents naturally.
The reason is simple. As we give up things we are poor at, we naturally place weight on our individuality.
Rationality tells us why.
Rationality means focusing on efficiency. The purpose of efficiency is to reduce stress. Doing something pointless is stressful. In other words, we intuitively get frustrated about things we consider pointless. Necessary things and work never stress us.

That tells us that if we stop the most stressful things, we can naturally make our lives easier. As we give up things we are poor at, we naturally place weight on activities we can easily do.
Surviving with less stress is already productive and efficient. We are using our talents even without realizing it.
In my case, I recently stopped worrying about money intentionally. I finally realized it was stressful and pointless. No matter how much I worried, I could not come up with any ideas for improvement. On the other hand, the development ideas come from other triggers. Although anxiety excites us in terms of empathy, it is meaningless in terms of rationality.
That realization allowed me to put weight on my gathering edible wild plants. They enriched my meals. Stopping stressful things naturally gave me efficiency in a way that suits my individuality.
Laziness for rationality
Perhaps we can become more rational when we try to be lazier. Although it is unproductive for those people without logical sense, it stimulates rationality for logical people.
A rational life means an effortless one. We live with less energy and less stress. In other words, laziness benefits logical people, especially empathic and logical people. We have to let go of the common sense that laziness ruins us.
We neither get energetic nor make efforts when we are rational.
We avoid judging based on inner images because they have nothing to do with efficiency. Our inner images are our predictions of the most efficient life. However, now they stress us the most. It means our predictions—inner images—are not realistic.

It is pointless to judge based on our inner images when they are unreliable.
That is why we rely on rationality instead of inner images. We predict logically. We might be wrong, so we try small. We will find a way that works unexpectedly, even from failure. That makes us glad and encourages us to be more efficient.
That is the mechanism of curiosity. Rationality, curiosity, efficiency, and pursuing less stress are connected tightly. They are for a way of life that doesn’t require exhausting high energy.
Conclusion
That is why reducing stress leads us to showing our talents.
As we give up things we are poor at, we naturally place weight on our individuality.
Perhaps we can become more rational when we try to be lazier. Although it is unproductive for those irrational people, it stimulates rationality for logical people.
This logic might allow you to live with less stress and show your talents more.
