I’ll take a break for today’s update due to my food poisoning.
Several months ago, I stopped making yogurt. But I froze a portion of it in case I started to make it again soon.
Then yesterday, I decided to discard the frozen one because it seemed that I wouldn’t start making yogurt for a while.
But I ate it without heating it because it was the hottest day this summer. Frozen yogurt was attractive… Perhaps that caused my food poisoning.
So today is my holiday.
