Free Talk About the Season When the Body Adapts From Summer to Winter

Oh, I slept for over half a day yesterday… Maybe this is an event that happens to me in the specific seasons.

Today’s article is a small talk about the seasonal changes since I have to rest a little to get in shape.

The strange reaction of the body

Sometimes, we wonder about the odd reaction of the body. Feeling unwell or having a cold are examples.

Although we have not changed anything in our daily lives, our physical condition sometimes suddenly fluctuates.

I experienced that yesterday. I slept over 14 hours yesterday.

Environmental changes that cause physical disorder

Perhaps environmental changes caused this. The seasonal changes, especially from summer to winter and winter to summer, would be typical examples. In the spring, our bodies have to prepare for the heat. In the autumn, our bodies begin to adapt to the cold. Our bodies know the seasonal cycles.

In this period, we could have one or two days when our appetite decreases, we feel drowsy even during the day, and we sleep a lot.

Perhaps our livers cause this physical fluctuation. Reducing the amount of food we eat makes our livers more active. Then, our livers expel unnecessary liver fat to ensure the ability to regulate body temperatures. That would be why we sometimes experience sudden appetite decreases and a lot of sleeping.

The natural body system

Although we feel unwell, that is neither a cold nor an illness. In other words, this fluctuation is good for our health. That is the natural body system.

It means maintaining the same state is not always the best for our health. Our body and mental state change like a wave. We have to adapt our bodies. Taking medication to keep our condition stable could be unhealthy.

We usually think we control our bodies. We can control our hands and feet as we will.

However, once we feel unwell, we know we are not the masters of our bodies. We cannot control many things in our body, such as body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, activities of internal organs, or the brain state.

The true master of our bodies

It tells us we own our bodies but are not the master. We have to obey something great system inside us.

This applies to our minds as well. Our consciousness is not the master of our minds. We have to hear honestly the voice of something inside us, such as personality or innate nature. That makes us humble and harmonize with ourselves.

That tells us we cannot control physical or mental unwell. They are a consequence, not a cause of our troubles. To solve our problems, we have to understand our inner mechanisms and act based on them. Ignoring our qualities causes disorders.

Perhaps that is a healthy lifestyle. We are living in the fluctuation. Maintaining the same active state would be unhealthy when the environment changes.

We can accept the fluctuations instead of sticking to one ideal state. We listen to the inner voices. That would give us stable health.

Conclusion

That is my lifestyle. I like to listen to my inner voice that tells me my true wants.

Many people believe accepting our honesty causes selfishness and arrogance.

However, in my opinion, accepting our true wants is humility, not arrogance, if we have individuality. Denying our nature and thinking we can be social winners would be arrogant.

This knowledge might give us a harmonious state of our health.
