Live with the premise that we will not be understood

Although I am now exhausted from cleaning, the kitchen became sparkling clean! It was rewarding.

However, when we work hard without enough reward, we start to want someone to understand our efforts and emotions.

This is because we cannot change our attitudes.

If we judge it rationally, we can stop unrewarded works. It is natural to stop doing meaningless things.

On the other hand, if we decide on emotions, we just repeat the past judgment. In other words, we cannot change our behaviors.

That makes us want someone to understand our efforts and emotions. The inability to change causes that.

Be rational before being acknowledged. Rationally speaking, we cannot fully understand others, even if we have intense empathy. That tells us that it is natural not to be understood by others.

I am also trying to eliminate the stressful part of cleaning. I can do it in moderation, and that is rational.

Thank you for reading this article. I hope to see you in the next one.
