Sometimes, we want to be more creative in our lives. Creativity allows us to improve our lives effectively. In other words, we can be happier.
However, we sometimes don’t know what to create and how to make it happen. Even if we try to create something, we cannot make it fun. It requires patience. That makes us stagnant.
That is why we want to increase our creativity. We want to create something fun without painful patience.
A rational way of life would solve the issue. Today, I will explain why it allows us to be more creative with an example of pudding.
The third law of pudding
The logic is simple. Use the special items that you have stored away immediately. Then, use them up without holding back. That will enhance your creativity.
To make it easier to understand, let’s look at an example of pudding. I call it the third law of pudding.
Suppose we love pudding, which made us take up baking as a hobby. We have just started making sweets as beginners. The only thing we can cook is a simple pudding.
In such a time, we were fortunate to buy the special caramel sauce from our admired top-class pastry shop. It is quite rare, so we probably can never obtain it again. It is the best material for us.
The issue here is when to use it. It can be stored for a long time.
There are two styles, as follows:
- Empathic way: Put it in the pantry and use it only on special occasions or after we acquire sufficient skills.
- Logical way: Use it immediately and every time we bake until we run out of it.
Empathic people tend to choose the former. However, if you want to increase your creativity, choose the latter—logical way.
Creating a special day
Rationally speaking, there is no point in putting away something special for a special day in creation.
In other words, we can set a special day ourselves. To have a valuable day, we don’t have to wait for another trigger. Using something treasured makes it a special day.
In the case of the caramel sauce, the days we can bake with it are precious. We don’t have to wait for other triggers, such as days when good things happen and days of another celebration.
Using the caramel sauce has nothing to do with the other celebrations. If we can only use it on days when good things happen, we never know when we will be able to taste it.
That reduces our special, happy days. It is natural for us to feel that our lives have little enjoyment.
Consuming rewards
In other words, the caramel sauce is already a reward. You earned it through your hard work every day until now. You don’t have to make it another reward for patience. You can taste it immediately.
There is no reason to postpone it. You don’t have to wait any longer. Starting today, you can use the valuable items stored in your pantry and closet.
If you keep your favorite clothes for special days, use them starting today. There is no need to worry about dirt. These clothes are the reward. Reward means that it is at your disposal. It is something that has been permitted to be discarded at any time. You don’t have to consider them valuable things to keep for the future.
If you are saving money, decide the amount of reward based on rationality. It is also available freely.
You already have those consumable resources. They are worthless to store. Use them and enjoy your life!
That creates special days, and that accumulation makes a wonderful life.
Finishing it without being stingy
You can use them up. You don’t have to be stingy. You also don’t have to reduce the consumption amount or rate to make special days last longer.
We savor it to the fullest until the end, so it becomes special until the very end. If we decrease enjoyment, the value will also diminish.
In other words, by ending special days, it is completed. That allows you to shift to the next precious days.
In the case of the caramel sauce, the day will come when we run out of it. Still, don’t reduce the amount you use at one time. Enjoy it deliciously until the end. That allows us to focus on another sweet sauce or creation.
It is the same as the process of producing. The more we create works, the more skilled we become and achieve results. Similarly, the more we end the special days, the more abundant we become. Ending is not the end of happiness; it is the start of another cycle of joy.
After the completion, we will either love it or lose interest. Either way, we can move on to the next interest or stage.
On the other hand, if we hesitate to finish, we stagnate. That hinders our life improvements.
Creativity is something that brings us happiness. We can turn an ordinary day into a happy, special day. That would be one of the most creative things in our lives.
