Including Logical Moods in Your Judgment: How to Prevent Wasted Efforts

Now I am enjoying developing my logical sense and changing my life. A slight modification can improve our feeling of happiness dramatically. I realized how my intense empathy has hindered my progress.

Today, let’s talk about how to prevent wasted efforts.

How to predict useless efforts

Sometimes, we want to predict useless efforts in advance.

There is a complete failure called regret. Although we try to achieve a goal and make efforts, we fail and regret. There is neither learning nor improvement. All we can do is consciously remain positive and lie to ourselves to be convinced.

If we improve our lives even a little, we never lament it. Regret indicates that it was a useless effort.

That is why we want to know about wasted efforts in advance. It will eliminate regret.

However, we sometimes don’t know how to make it happen.

Adding a judgment of logical mood can lead to a solution. It could prevent wasted efforts. Today, I will explain why.

Two aspects of moods

If we are empathic and logical, deciding based on mood often improves our lives. This is because our moods frequently fluctuate. It is efficient to do things when we are motivated. In addition, our moods lead us to our unique way of life.

Opportunities are often limited. If we miss the moment of getting motivated, the following motivation may not come soon. Our intuition can detect them. That is why judging based on mood often works for improvement.

There are two aspects of moods, as follows:

  • An empathic mood: Empathy motivates us. We have a clear imagination of a goal and exciting emotions.
  • A logical mood: Logical sense motivates us. We have an activity that is inexperienced but can logically predict outcomes.

Balancing them gives us solid improvements. In other words, people who often make useless efforts tend to follow an empathic mood and ignore a logical mood.

Let’s take a closer look below.

What is a logical mood?

We need to be aware of our logical moods to improve our lives solidly.

It eliminates the repetition of the same thing.

Logic is a system for anticipating the unclear. In other words, logical sense shows no interest in what we can clearly anticipate.

For example, imagine the state in which we become millionaires. We can buy many things with money. It is obvious. We don’t have to think logically. This means it is an empathic motivation that doesn’t stimulate the logical sense.

On the other hand, imagine this state: we drifted to an uninhabited island with nothing. There are several abandoned houses that people once lived in. We have to live until help arrives.

This is an example of logical motivation without empathic stimulation. Outcomes are ambiguous. However, we can predict them based on logic. We can anticipate that these houses show that this is a habitable environment. In addition, there should be daily necessities in these houses. We can use them.

That makes us want to know about this environment.

Balancing our moods

We have to balance empathy and logical moods. They are usually contradictory.

Empathy only responds to obvious things. A typical example is searching for successful people or products for inspiration.

On the other hand, logical sense can detect something we have never experienced. It means it only responds to opportunities. In other words, it emphasizes our growth over doing the same thing.

When something stimulates our logical sense, it seems achievable even though we have no experience. Sometimes, we can verbalize the reason, but sometimes we just feel the possibility intuitively. Either way, we can sense the feasibility with a calm judgment without emotional excitement.

That is why a logical mood can prevent wasted efforts. It is a system that allows us to grow moderately. It only reacts to things that are not too obscure but not too easy. Even if we fail, we learn from the outcomes without regret. That helps us keep growing.

Being aware of the logical mood allows us to improve our lives continuously.

Conclusion

That is why including a logical mood in your judgment prevents wasted efforts.

Logical sense only responds to new opportunities. It only reacts to things that are not too obscure but not too easy. That helps us grow.

Being aware of your logical moods might allow you to improve your life solidly.
