Since I have talked enough about rationality, let’s move on to another topic. Today, I will introduce my neighborhood.
Introduction to my neighborhood
Last month, I started living at my parents’ house, which is located in Yanai City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, in Japan.

I live on the mountainside near the sea. I took photos of the neighborhood.

As you can see, this is the countryside.
The countryside area
Interestingly, I have a relaxing time. I believed I could never live with others. Being with other people for a while, even an hour, always wore me out.
However, after I started judging rationally, I realized that my stress had decreased significantly. It taught me how to stop being nervous. That allowed me to stay at ease even with others.
Living with others is not bad at all. Perhaps this is the feeling of someone who has a healthy mind.
The next photo is of the field.

This is a quiet place. It makes me tranquil.
Changes in my sense
I wanted to live in a place where I could see the sea.
However, I noticed that my desire for relaxation had made me feel so. The sea has always healed my mind. Although I still love it, I don’t need it so much now.
My senses are also changing as I proceed to a new stage.
There was a fruit tree of loquat. In this area, it is called biwa.

It is a fruit that grows in warm regions. Perhaps it is one of the tropical fruits. It tastes like something between melon and citrus. I like it.
The riverside area
The next photo is of the riverside path.
I like the riverside because the scenery is open. It is pleasant for walking.

There are many fish.

It is peaceful.
I miss my bicycle!
By the way, I miss my bicycle now. I left it at my previous apartment. Since I will be canceling the residence and sending my belongings to my current home next month, I will have to live without it until then.
That limits my current range of life. I can only go as far as walking distance from home.
However, that is not a bad thing now. I can try a different way of life. The purpose of cycling is exercise and relaxation. If I can achieve them, there is no need to stick to cycling.
In addition, early summer is the worst period of the year for my liver, so I have to rest. I am currently looking for another enjoyment.
The downtown area
The following picture is of the downtown area.

There are various shops here, making it convenient. Since I can walk there, I can live without a bicycle. In terms of convenience, my current home is the most convenient place I have ever lived.
My life has significantly improved mentally, financially, and environmentally. It is surprising. I didn’t expect the future to be like this.
In such an environment, I am beginning to create a new life while finding relaxation, although I still don’t know how to live well.
Conclusion
That is the environment I am living in now.
Anyway, I miss my bicycle! Although there is no perfect satisfaction, I am trying to improve my life gradually.
Thank you for reading this article. I hope to see you in the next one.
